1. Purpose of the treatment The personal identification data collected from the interested party, user of the site, are subject to processing and are processed and used directly for the following purposes: a) to follow up on the user's request regarding the request for information related to company activities or to book an entrance medical visit or for other requests from the customer, as well as for the pursuit of purposes instrumental and/or complementary to this , such as archiving, processing in full compliance with the principle of correctness and lawfulness and with the provisions of the law. b) for sending communications on future commercial and promotional initiatives; announcements of services and offers of the owner and for sending information and promotional messages relating to his activity, as well as for the purposes connected and instrumental to this. 2. Provision of data The provision of data is optional in relation to point A, however any refusal to respond will make it impossible for the owner to follow up on your requests. Consent is instead necessary for the treatment relating to point B, since it concerns the commercial information activity for the promotion of the Owner's own activities and services. Consent is considered freely given by flagging the "Give consent" box. 3. Processing methods The data processing is carried out through computerized, telematic and residually and paper supports by the owner and by the specifically authorized persons in charge. The data is stored in telematic and IT archives and the security measures envisaged by the legislator and those suitable for guaranteeing the adequate level of protection for the data being processed are ensured. 4. Communication and dissemination The data will be processed by employees and collaborators as persons in charge and/or responsible for the treatment. The collected data will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the interested party, except for any communications necessary in order to provide the requested service. The data may also be communicated to the competent authorities, according to the terms of the law. 5. Rights of the interested party You have the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same or possibly the limitation of treatment. You can always request a complete specification of the processing and your rights by writing to the contacts made available by the Data Controller and the Data Protection Officer. You can interrupt the processing covered by this information at any time by writing your intentions to the Data Controller, without however affecting the operations lawfully carried out up to that moment. If you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the GDPR EU-2016/679 Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, based in Piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121, IT-00186, Rome 6. Storage times The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes and according to the terms of the law and in any case for a period not exceeding one year if in the meantime the right of cancellation is not exercised by the interested party. The data is kept until the interested party requests any opposition to the sending and the will of the latter to renounce receiving the newsletter. 7.
